We are fully licensed and bonded, and we work with some of the finest sub-contractors, architects, and interior designers in the industry.

FULCRUM BUILT LLC has been in business since 1980 and has more than 35 years of experience in the field. The company began in New England and later spent 6 years specializing in adobe-and-earth construction in New Mexico. We are now involved in preservation work in the Coronado Historic District of Phoenix.

At Fulcrum we have a deep knowledge and appreciation for Historic Architecture. I began my career in the East Coast of New England working with Historic Property dating back into the 17th Century. I have been involved with Period Architecture including homes from the First Period, Georgian Period, Greek Revival thru to the Victorian Era or as is known in Phoenix as the 'Territorial Style.' I have remodeled numerous properties in the various Historic Neighborhoods in Downtown Phoenix. I also have experience with Adobe Construction, working in Santa Fe and Albuquerque for several years. Our Company specializes in reproducing and preserving Significant Architectural detail and have a wood shop where we manufacture millwork for these projects.

We provide the Construction skill and trades needed to do the work and you provide the material specifications, color selections, flooring details, cabinet design, plumbing fixtures etc for us to complete the project.
